Changing the highbeams is a PIA!

I realize I'm a big guy with large meat paws for hands but the space in which to get those bulbs in and out is ridiculous! It took me about 20 minutes on the left side and 25 on the right but bike is already totally broken down so that was straight bulb time......oh well, it's done. I changed to a whiter high beam because the yellow stock bulb looked bad with my HID low beams......

When I did the same to mine I found the bulb retaining clip to be the demon.
It would either move and block the the incoming bulb, or once the bulb was precariously balanced with the notch up, the top of the clip would get hung up and I'd have to pull the bulb out, get a long pick, and pull the top of the clip out and start over.

Doing the low beams was a walk in the park compared to the highs.
I even considered asking my wife with her petite hands to give it a try, but I don't think she could have reached with the bike on the lift.
