I installed a Split Type full HD DVR Camera

Purchased from eBAY, unit out of China

    Attachment 12679

I mounted the camera under the headlamps

    Attachment 12680

I mounted the DVR to the handle bars

    Attachment 12685

    This works great for me

Here is a video I took.

    Go Pro Hero4 Silver

I used the clamp go pro on the left engine guard but found the wind would move it till it was pointing towards the sky. Then I mounted my Hero4 to the right side of my helmet. I find this location better. Less engine/ road noise and I can see my instrument cluster, plus wherever I look the camera sees as well, since I see over the screen the road ahead is in view. I'm still trying to figure out how to edit using Go Pro software. I'll post something soon.

Great ingenuity. Very very nice. With the low cost of cameras and dvr's I am surprised it is not a standard or upgradable option. Especially for accident/injury claims. Did I mention this is very very nice?
