I received my passenger backrest from Steve today, shipping was incredibly fast. I ordered this Friday night and got it in the mail today.
Install was very straight forward, I installed this and the luggage rack in about 20 minutes.
I had my Girlfriend sit up against it and she said it was much better, it rests right in the swell of her back. There is a minimal amount of flex when weight is applied. Overall I am very happy with this backrest, it's the perfect height imo.
