    oxford heated grips

Just wondering if anyone has fitted the Oxford Heated Grips to their bike and their thoughts on how good or not they are.

I'm picking mine up next week and I've been wondering the same thing, fitted them to my last bike (VFR1200X) and my wifes MP3 400 scoot and daughters Ninja 250 and never had a moments grief. Gotta admit I'm thinking of doing to the wing as well. Can get a set for $128 delivered and the flat area on the right is a great mounting point.

Oxford's controller had a greater controllable range which I like, starting at 30%, but I've been eyeballing this ->http://tinyurl.com/n5qy66b
One thing about Oxfords is the grip diameter is usually slightly larger. The Honda one doesn't seem as thick.... Haven't found one to measure and confirm this though.

Double the price, but it'll plug straight in, but only offers three settings.... Going to take the big girl out when it's cold and think about it.

(although unlike out freinds in US... cold is usually around 5C! (41F) )

I had them on a 2013 Victory Cross Country. They worked really well!

I had them (Oxford heated grips) on a Honda NT700. They worked well, but one grip was always hotter than the other. Had stock heated grips on my Kawi C14 that performed much better. I am going to go with Honda OEM heated grips before Fall.

The grips do look a bit larger in diameter; if you get the Oxford you may not need Grip Puppies.

thanks for the input. I think I will give them a go as much cheaper than OEM and much easier to fit. Will keep you posted on their performance.
