    GPS - Windshield suction cup munt

    Anyone ever use the standard suction cup to windshield mount on their Goldwing/F6B?

    Yep!

    I have a Garmin 2505 and Friday we went 562 miles on backroads ....stayed on the whole time......maybe just luck but i will do again!

    I put 23000 miles on it in 1 year and it came off about 3 times.....stayed plug in and never lost it.....i was hoping to loose so i could buy a bluetooth one...LOL

    I always clean windshield and i lick....yep... suction cup and i tie cord on both ends....one at the unit i tie in a knot around the mount....Good Luck!
    Oh point here ....my gps was only$150.....not a great one!
