Lot of good in that there vid. Beer butt chicken, TEXAS A&M, firearms and wild critters.
If you never tried beer butt chicken, give it a shot. You'll be amazed at how moist it is. No trimming the bird, just tear it apart like the meat eating mammal you are.

Beer can chicken is awesome for sure.
To really make it good, about 30 minutes before it is done, start basting it with BBQ sauce.
Slather it on about every 5 minutes.
Good eatin right there!
