    They are another attempt to get money from people who have the wherewithal to travel in the NorthEast part of the USA.
    Or from businesses doing business in the same area.

    From Richmond to Philadelphia, it is possible to pay over $40 in tolls on the 95 in a 170 mile stretch.
    The minimum you can pay is $24.

    There is nothing EZ about the tolls up there. So much for free travels.
