    Hello from the Mountain State

Bought a 15 matte silver at the end of June. Found this forum a couple weeks later and found it interesting. Just came back from Maggie Valley last nite With 3800+ miles on it. Not a computer person but thought I would try to say hi. Trying to learn computer and Honda at the same time.

    Hey, Hardtail ...

Riding buddy and I just returned from a 5 day ride to VA/WV to ride the mountains.

Excellent roads, super weather, low traffic and great carving !

Winchester to Elkins and then south and east again to VA. Back and forth thru Senneca Rocks to Lexington. Then back and forth to midway up the BRP and Skyline drive (which felt like a slalom run compared to what we were riding). Then back home again to CT/RI.

You certainly have some terrific riding routes in WV/VA, m'friend.

I'll post the routes we took soon. Did this a couple times and never disappoints.

    Bagger,

Elkins is about an hour from my house. Have been through Seneca Rocks many times. Lots of good trails here but road conditions can be questionable-potholes and poor maintenance. Only thing I know about RI is the name Tasca. I'm a Ford guy. Can I say I have 3 Harleys too? Is that a bad word here?
