new owner of 2015 f6b deluxe.

Best bike I have owned, been riding for 35+ years. First bike was a 1972 Honda 450. Honda has come a long way!

+1 on checking the final drive oil level, mine was 1.5 to 2.0 oz's low. Told my dealer about it and it went in one ear and out the other. The 2015's have a bastard size hex on the fill plug however and a 17mm wrench is too loose. I had a friend mill out a 16mm 6-point box wrench to fit the plug, perfect now. Also, I topped it off with the recommended hypoid oil, Pro Honda 80W-90 purchased from the dealer.

Hey there Audiochris . . . . I was riding a VTX 1300R for eight years before moving to the F6B just a couple months ago. Like you I obsessed about the bike before finally pulling the trigger. Love the looks of the '16 white but ended up with a nearly new '13 fast black due to price differential. Anyway, all I can say is you'll be amazed at how nimble the front end of the F6B is compared to the X. It's hard to describe really . . . just so easy to turn into the corners in comparison. Also no comparing the power and torque to my 1300 but hard to say how that stacks up against the 1800 X. Long story short? You'll love it.
