Absolutely, in your reply you will notice a film strip icon in the top toolbar. Click on it and it will allow you to specify the URL of the video.
There is not a URL, it is on my hard drive.

Sorry, I thought you stated it was on You Tube. No way to embed the actual file, you will at least need to get it out in publicly accessible space. Pushing it out to You Tube is likely the easiest method.
