First Fill Up….MPG….drum roll….

….Put 220.8 Miles on tank full from the dealer. Not sure how full they filled it. 5.6 gallons. This is after the low fuel light came on. Then off. Then on. Then accelerate away from a light and off. Then on and appeared to stay on 6 miles or so after first light. The needle was still not quite to the red zone.

220.8 miles and 5.6 gallons. Right at 40 MPG. I have been varying the RPMs and shifting out of 1st soon, into 4th by 40 and 5th by 55. I filled until I could see fuel at the filler neck. 260 miles on the bike.

Thrilled with mileage so far…..

Very nice. I had 2 37MPG fill ups then went to 38 and have stayed there. Babied her at first and now drive her pretty hard. If I am first at the light you won't catch me before the next and I religiously push 5-15 over the limit on the highway. Maybe you'll jump to a 41 on the next couple.

Just bought mine up here in Ottawa Canada - I just passed 240 miles (400 km) and the light flickered.....I am between 1/8 and the bottomline.....will need fuel tomorrow!!!
