    The key to your post is how your wife feels on the Corbin. If your wife rides with you often she is going to want a backrest and Corbin wins hands down. The other suggestion about making your decision after a long ride. Put a 300 mile day in on each seat and then tell me how you feel. The Corbin works for me but seat are subjective. What works for me might not work for you.

    Yeh I have plenty of time to ride both seats and most likely will spend some serious time on both. I'm also considering sending my stock seat to Russell this winter for a Daylong seat. I have always wanted one but the time frame to have one built has always kept me from ordering one but it was because I always needed it quickly.

    Nope she has this,... added when needed. The bike came with one but she hated it.

    That's what I have been hearing about the RDL's. This bike is a keeper so I have no qualms about spending for the Russell seat and during the winter the wait should be a no brainer.
