That would be the CB controls on a full wing. All have them wether on not the cb is installed.

In all due respect, not all F6bs have these. Mine sure doesn't. I have a 2015 Deluxe and they aren't there.

For a "new" 2013 it definitely has some aftermarket mods done by someone.
