    Actually, the $500 Million taxpayer Solyndra debacle was just one of 30+ similar solar failures. Solyndra was the only one that got any press.

    Yea, I have a friend and riding buddy who worked for Solyndra in the Bay area, he started at the ground floor and was with them till the end, he used to brag how great they were and the future was now and we would all have solar panels on our houses in just a few years as the cost was going to drop dramatically....Hehe he got sucked in, but when they went tits up and he was out of a job it became another tune, he will not even say their name now without a cuss word in front and at the end
