I am putting together a RTE to a famous steak house in the middle of south Georgia. The date is November the 7th, Meet in the parking lot at 11:30 am and have lunch at high noon.

We have real motorcycle riders (Goldwings) coming from North Georgia, North and South Carolina and Tennessee. Not only do the guys from the GL1800 riders forum love to ride, they really love to eat, LOL If the weather is decent, we will probably have 50 bikes there. Its only 300 miles there and only 300 miles back, hmmmm....., I thought meeting my friend in Lake City 215 miles each way for lunch was a lot. This takes it up a step.

RTE on Saturday, Nov. 7th at Benton Lee's Steakhouse in Uvalda Ga. The address is 138 Benton Powell Rd.. Phone is 912-594-6751. It's out in the sticks away from everything except the river on which it sits. Huge steaks, frog legs and fish.
The First weekend in November. Unfortunately I have a previous commitment to a group that counts on me in St. Augustine Fl. on the 7th of November. I don't see anyway of getting out of it....If it were any weekend other than the 7th I'd be there. Maybe next time Jimmy...................Dickie
