May want to look into purchasing just that portion of the harness. We have had a couple of our Australian customers install these and both said something about installing the missing portion of the harness that their bikes are missing. I do believe they got them through their dealers.
G'day Rick, thanks for adding your thoughts. Are you in a position to supple the harness that you suggested? My mechanic said to me that it was possible but too expensive for him to make up the missing harness.

Honda has an accessory fog light attachment kit for the 2014 Valkerie (part # 08V70-MJR-670) which I believe works on the F6B also. I'm sure I read a post from an Aussie who did this. Wiser minds may know for sure.
