Took it into my dealer at Cool Springs Honda and was in and out in 2.5 hrs. Also saw BigCat's mat gray sitting in the parking lot. There was several goldwings waiting for the service, but I called a week ahead and I'm glade I did.

My dealer in Sydney preformed the recall work as he was doing his Pr-delivery on my 'out of the crate' bike. Pick her up tomorrow.

Took mine in for a scheduled appointment last week at Performance Honda in Wesley Chapel, FL. The brake recall was done satisfactorily but the bike was returned to me in dirty condition. It rained for two solid days during the time my bike was with them and was water spotted, also dirty underneath from front tire splash (from a test ride I presume). Needless to say the bike was clean when I dropped it off. When I mentioned it, the service writer who brought the bike around said he could have it washed if I wanted, yea right . . . I am however satisfied with the work they did and would not hesitate to use them again for future service work.

picked my B up from having the recall work done all seems well so far, brakes work good and the peddle feels better than when I took it in , it was a little spongey. Haven't had a chance to check every thing yet ,but I think they did a good job.

With the dealer here in Winston-Salem, NC, we're fortunate to have a very experienced technician who has been put in charge of performing all the brake recalls. By now, he could do these in his sleep and do them properly. Seeing an opening in his schedule yesterday morning, I took the "B" in and had it done by lunch time. He did, as expected, a very fine job. In fact, the brakes have never felt so good since I first bought the bike.

Did my recall today and I have to give them two thumbs up. When I called about bringing the bike in, and got the parts counter, she knew exactly what I was taking about, before I spoke to the Service manager.

SM says Honda pays 2.5 to 3 hours but there tech Ryan takes a bit longer.

I was pretty finicky (well anal actually, but nice about my paint and graphics), both SM and Tech looked first and assured me there'd be no problem.

The bike was done when they said it would be; no mess, problems or drama. The tech was doing three today behind mine.

They were glad for my business and it showed.
    Brakes are adjusted perfectly.
