Had mine done yesterday and all seems good. Funny thing is the front brake lever seems firmer. I did not ask but maybe they bled the front brakes too. Did not get much of a ride to test it out because of pouring rain. No broken parts either.

I had mine done 3 days ago, i waited months for warm weather and it seemed the techs were more up on procedure now. The dealer said max 2.5 hours and it took only 1.5. I did make an appt. and they never asked for anything ( letter ) I rode home 75 miles with no issues. i did ask what was done, replaced master cylinder and fluid. peace of mind.

I am pretty sure that they are supposed to replace the rear master cylinder and the secondary master cylinder.

I am scheduled for May 20th and am dreading them touching my bike. I'll be removing all necessary plastic before hand and marking the parts to be replaced and hope for the best.

    brake recall done

Recieved my notice in January. Called Honda in Rapid City, SD and was told the part had to be ordered. They did and it arrived in 4 days. Then it snowed for the next two weeks so on a clear warmer day I called and the service man said bring it in now. So I did. 5 hours later I picked it up and all was good. I asked if they had any left over parts and they looked in a box and answered 'no'. I was told they had completed many and were experts on the job now. Thanks Honda guys!

    F6B Brake recall

Not having any problems with my bike bled the brakes today with motul 5.1 and installed speed bleeders.Should I take it in for the recall? After reading some of the experiences on this board is it even necessary?Would you take it in?

I'm not sure I'd put money on that.

I had mine done, but the mechanic said, the only one's he believes ever have an issue are bikes that spend a lot of time decorating someone's garage instead of being ridden.
