I'm not really east, more NE Central NC ..... Just outside of ShooFly, NC.

Hornblower is on the other side of the triad .....

Seem to be lots of "6" riders in NC in general.

Topsail Island/Surf City was the very last secret for beaches. They have 1 stoplight and -- unless it has changed recently---- turned it off Thanksgiving Weekend every year. Yea--not much happening there. It is some of the most "uncrowded" beach access you can find. My riding buddies and I use it as our "standard afternoon day trip". Good for about a nice 2 hour one way ride. BTW---while in Manteo, ride 10 minutes up Hwy 264 to Hags Head and eat at Sugar Creek--ask for a window by the water.

    New Orleans, LA

Im not from NC, actually from New Orleans, LA but I take a motorcycle vacation every year in the Smoky Mountains. I will be at Lloyds on the River in Bryson City, NC from September 13th - 18th. Would like to meet up with a few of you in the area if possible. I plan on doing some North Georgia this year also, Maybe staying in Helen, GA for the night of of those days.

If anyone is interested in meeting up that would be great, 504 Eight One Zero 6822
