I have the OEM rear rack, with a Corbin seat with dual backrests. Will this just bolt into the OEM spots without drilling?

Guessing your asking if you can replace the OEM rack with ours if so yes its a direct fit

Story of my life...ordered the 960's just before the discount went into effect. Timing IS everything! Oh well, the lights are great except for one thing, now the headlights look yellow by comparison so now, I have another excuse to spend some more money on hid headlights .
