    Found these in the closet

Back in the 80's they used to have the Miller High Life Concert Series at the Pier right next t USS Intrepid in NYC. It was general admission so I would get there at noon to get a good seat to photograph the acts. Waited for Stevie Ray Vaughn and Double Trouble to come to town. The Gregg Allman Band opened up with Dan Toller on the guitar and his brother Frank on the drums. These are Ecktachrome slides that my neighbor lent me the scanner to scan them and digitize them. I have over 200 of them, these are one of a kind shots that I forgot all about Enjoy.

Ecktachrome and Kodachrome - shot a lot of pics on those. Lost them in one of the 12 military moves somewhere. I might still have them, I just don't know if I do.

    Great shots Tax!

These were shot with a Minolta Maxxum 5000 series with a 70-210 telephoto "beer can". I loved shooting Ecktachrome and film experience is priceless, as you know. I know some photographers, from my old camera club that would never pick up a digital.

When he tore into that lead the intensity of it was so powerful it would go through your body, I remember it like it was yesterday. This was from a concert in August 1987 at the Pier.
