    Hello All,
I've got a ride to New Mexico leaving this Saturday.
Im looking forward to this as it is my first long distance on the F6B.
Ive got pretty much all bases covered except...

I was wondering if anyone has a good place to mount a GoPro camera?

Cant' help with Go Pro, But I'd be interested in what u find in New Mexico.

I'll be heading to Santa Fe next month.

I mounted mine on the left engine guard.

Please forgive the quality as this was a "Go Cam" and not a real Go Pro. I've since upgraded....

In other vids I captured a bit more of the front tire/fender to give a "speed sensation" as the terrain goes by the tire.

    Hope this helped,
    Steve

How about the rear engine guard to get some pedal action and possible scraping action?

That'd be cool if it was a technically challenging run.....but in a more "I want to see the scenery" mode, the rear guard would lose 50% of the view.

Even in this clip, the front tire gets in the way of the scenery on the right side....

Would you post a photo of your mounting set up, I tried mounting mine on the windshield and the video was way to jittery.

Did you get the mount for the helmet? I also bought the 360 swivel and mounted that to the bars this way you can, with one hand get a panoramic. Here's a video I made a couple of weeks ago on the GoPro with the swivel.
