We went to a trike rally in Osage Beach, MO and then spent a couple of days in Branson, MO.
We decided to go home via of Arkansas Rte 7 today rather than the usual Rte 65. Caught Rte 7 in Harrison and headed south.
It took us right past the F6 Rally site in Russellville.
The area definitely has some fine roads to ride and has plenty of eating joints. BTW, Rte. 7 is a heckuva motorcycle road.
It was 97 degrees when we passed thru there today, but hopefully it will be cooler in September, I hope so anyway as the heat took it's toll on us today and we called it a day when we got to Shreveport, LA. Normally, it would have been a long day and we would have made it all the way home....not today...LOL
Anyway, it should be a good rally site and really looking forward to it.
