    These are now 3/16 thick and have to to be cut out of a sheet of steel instead of coming in strips....this is the reason for the increase in price.....

    I installed your backrest this weekend. It was the first chance I had to do so. The wife said it made her feel safer. The company I had the custom seat made at, Rich's Seat, will be making a larger surface area pad now for the passenger pad. Hopefully those two combinations will make my wife feel more safe and comfortable on the back.

    That's a "Farkle Shelf" by Windbender. I have my Zumo 660LM mounted on it.
