    Pendleton Bike Week - Oregon

    Came across this.....

    http://pendletonbikeweek.com

Anyone ever been? Planning on checking it out this year. The Rattlesnake 400 looks fun!
I'd rather be on my bike thinking about God than in church thinking about my bike.

Copper Mike, sit back and enjoy your vacation. Your ride should be absolutely awesome. See you when you get back!

Came through Pendleton last night, saw lots of bikes heading there.
Just got home, but I'm out as bike riding relatives start showing up at my place Friday for coast rides.

    Enjoy!

Welcome back Dirtstiff. Glad you had a great time and nothing major happened. We will catch you when the relatives leave. I would recommend the Windy Ridge run Cale put together. Really awesome when you see the devastation Mt. St. Helens did and then to think this is 30+ years later!!!

    Mt. St. Helens

We do Windy Ridge a couple times every year and it never gets old.
Have to look at timing to fit in.

We rode 700 miles yesterday getting home and likely 300 more this weekend tour

    Short review

So, during the week, discovered this was only the 2nd PBW. The organizer, Eric, was half of the brothers that started the Hells Canyon Rally in Baker City. It was mostly focused to Harley Riders (In my opinion) but most were pretty cool. A lot of Police and Fire Riding Cluns along with HOG chapters.

Roads were AMAZING! I had not ridden that part of the state (Oregon or Washington) and enjoyed the rides very much.

Got to meet Ken. Great guy and very well sorted 6! Also saw a red one but didn't get to meet the owner. The 6 got a lot of attention, curiously, especially more so when I was at Kennewick Harley, as they were one of the poker run stops.

Overall was very fun and would be worth returning to for the rides. They had concerts every night but were local Portland bands except Saturday, which was Three Dog Night. Man, can they still Rock it! They played for a good hour and a half.
