Looks like blind mosquitos, you must have crossed a bridge over a lake somewhere ! Pressure washer will fix that !

Steve you hit the mosquito right on the head, I was crossing over Lake Harris on 19 between Eustis and Yalaha, ran into about 5 separate swarms
