Excellent. I refurb'd a set off eBay for $70. They look great and wife loves them as well. Keeps her feet off the drop bar.

Update: Got them yesterday and put them on, the passenger will love them, but they look terrible. These and the taller backrest are good for comfort, but damn they look ugly.
