Exhaust Tip Sound Change

Can you modify the exhaust note by changing the exhaust tips?
Some say the 2015s have a deeper sound, and the only difference is the tips.
Has anyone tried some cobra extentions from the Valkyrie pipes?

I would like a little deeper sound but not much more noise.

The sound you want is definitely with the 15 on up exhaust note. I'm not sure it's just the tips though. I would think the baffle is different. There is a thread on that somewhere here. Try a search or wait for someone to help. I love the note of mine.

in the garage section ; you will find how to pull the ext. and drill the back plate of the muffler for the sound you want. I did with 2 - 1/2" holes.
