Guardian/Gremlin Bells - Post Your Pics!

For those that have bells on their bikes, where have you mounted them? I have mine in the right bag for now... looking for a better overt location.

    No...

You have to mount them as low to the ground as possible. The gremlins in your bike will not jump off the bike and onto the pavement unless the bell is situated close to the ground.

If you're going to believe in their luck, you have to go all of the way with it.

I have my Gremlin bell attached to my center stand's return spring. That's just about the lowest you will get it to the pavement.

....and it has to be gifted to you. You cannot buy it for yourself. If you did... take it back. And hint to someone that you'd like protection for your bike; and see if they pick up on it.

The Legend of the Guardian Bell

    From Guardian Bell itself :

The Legend of the Guardian Bell

Legend has it that Evil Road Spirits have been latching themselves on to motorcycles for as long as there have been bikes on the road. These Evil Road Spirits are responsible for mechanical problems and bad luck along a journey. Legend goes on to say that by attaching a small bell onto your bike, the Evil Road Spirits will become trapped inside the bell where the constant ringing drives them insane, making them lose their grip until they fall to the ground. (Ever wonder where potholes come from?) Legend also has it that the mystery of the Guardian® Bell carries twice as much power when it is purchased by a friend or loved one and given as a gift. Show someone how much you care. Offer them defense against the Evil Road Spirits! Give a Guardian® Bell and share the Legend of Good Luck it offers to a motorcycle and its rider!

I spent two months on the Hopi reservation learning the long hot summer dance and it worked. When they found out I rode they gave me a feather as a going away present. I was told to wear it on my helmet.

Willtill got me looking under by the centre stand. My bell has a new home on the clip for the coolant overflow.
