That's the new TESLA bike I have been reading about.
It looks like the right saddlebag is open, I wonder if someone was trying to open the bag and get something out and just fell off the bike ???
I've spent most my money on Motorcycles and Women, the rest I just wasted.

OMG where was the rider.
According to the video narrative;
The rider wrecked the bike, which evidently ended up back on it's wheels and still in gear. The rider was roughed up, but generally okay. The bike ended up running for about 2 miles before hitting a temporary road sign and finally falling over.

At least we can say that this was one instance where the heat from the Harley engine wasn't cooking the rider.
