I like my white ones. Get comments all the time. I made covers that I adhered to the rings to cover the direct light because they are so bright. The effect was to use the rings to illuminate the custom Hambly badges . Works great.

Jimmy? Did you mount the rings behind the Hambly? I have the Hamblys' and am thinking of this. Got a pic of it off?

I used those plastic suction cup mounting discs. They come in different sizes, but the ones I have are 79.98 mm. They measured 3.149" with my calipers. I had a couple laying around. I used a hole saw to cut out the inside diameter leaving a ring. I just measured the inside diameter I cut with the hole saw and it measures at 2.44". Simply take the disc and secure it to a block of wood with a couple screws on the soon to be discarded center area and slowly cut with a hole saw. Drill holes in the places you are putting the screw so you don't risk splitting the plastic by driving screws through it. The screws are just to hold the piece while you use the hole saw. I used a file to smooth out any rough ridges in the plastic from the cut.

I secured them to the top surface of the light rings with black RTV sealant. It's been over a year and still good.

Here are some 80 mmm discs I found quickly on Amazon.

On the B, you can never have too many lights---as long as they don't look tacky. Thanks Rick. Just ordered mine.

They all can blink with your turn signals if you wire them that way. Mine are for illumination of the badges.

There are some that change from white to amber when becoming the turn signal.
It does not sound as though these do that.

There are not any rings for the F6B or GoldWing like this that turn white to amber at the moment. We are working on that though. Cost is going to more then the single light color.

The first ones to come out did not have the blink function. I did install the amber/turn signal version on my new wing... the are 1/2 as bright as the originals and blink...very nice !!!
