This Frame was on my personal bike and is in perfect condition. I removed it a while back because I needed to install a Signal Dynamics Duel LED License Plate on one of our bikes for Demo Purposes. Since they do not make Smoke Chrome I installed a Black Frame. We sell a large amount of the Signal Dynamics LED Plates.
I printed off a copy of the instructions. You do not have to wire it up if you don't want to.
