Looking for advise on handlebar risers

Howdy all,

I'm looking to bring my stock handle bars up and back, but not closer together. So far I have found the MBL, Show Chrome and the Kuryakyn Setback risers.

Does anyone have experience with these or any others I've missed?

I'm 6'0" and have modified my seat so I am back about 2" farther than stock. With that in mind, up about 2 inches and back about 2-3 inches would be what I looking to accomplish.

Lots of threads on risers and their effectiveness - although 2-3 inches might be asking a lot without fabricating something that large.
There's one gent who put the MBL risers on, but reversed, and that kept them from splaying out too far.
