cold weather water proof cheap coats?

looking to find a reasonable priced water proof coat that work well for riding in 50- 60 degree temps, what have any of you found, Personally just hate to spend over $200 for great cycle coat

I have the Tourmaster Jett. I can't wear it if the temps are over 70 deg even though it had vents. It's just too warm. Bought it back in 2008 and it has been my go to jacket under 60deg and I ride all year round here in New England.
There is a series 2 Jett but I don't know anything about it. For about $150 the Jett is great.
