He asked for $ back from the U.S. Treasury 3 times. On all the other 'failure to file' he was acquitted. lol The 3 counts where misdemeanors. If you're taxpayer, lying on a 'return' is a felony. If a taxpayer does not file, it's only a misdemeanor.
