I hope upper management reconsiders their approach. I for one am not keen on visiting a forum where that tactic is used regardless of what caused --------'s fall from grace.

I know what you're saying Cheesy and I agree with you in principle but, trust me, upper management has our best interest in mind. Whether or not everything works out in the end to make all parties happy is another topic.
