Congrats Shooter and WJDuke! Best Gift there is!
You all might think my family is a bunch of Hicks, but I got a Rock River Arms AR15 and some camo hunting bibs.
The wife got a Springfield XDS 9mm and some jewelry and My son got a Springield Range officer 45 ACP and some wood working tools.
Lots of surprises all the way around.
    Happy new year to all!

Understand that! I'm only duke online...nobody calls me that except an old timer years back and I just use it here. My middle name is John, that's where it started!

    Shooter … Congrats !

Successful people build each other up. They motivate, inspire and push each other. Unsuccessful people just hate, blame and complain.

    Unhappy No Santa This Year.

As my poor old Mum passed away three weeks ago, we decided not to celebrate Christmas this year. My daughter asked me would I like something anyway, so I said just a wee thing. She's a student at Falmouth Uni in Cornwall and cash is tight. When she arrived she proudly gave me a small package with a nice ribbon. I opened it on Christmas day, it was a bag of peanuts!! Oh, and she also arrived with a new $200 tattoo, which I had paid for apparently

I got a spin brush toothbrush, aftershave, and a few t-shirts.

So I bought my own presents / I always wanted a Schuberth helmet and they had the C3 on sale at RevZilla for $329.00 (what a deal)
I also bought a Scorpion EXO-CT220 helmet. They are both very nice helmets. I have been wanting to wear a safer helmet than my comfortable Harley style half helmet.
