I have a Mustang seat, MBL risers and Helibars. I don't know if the Helibars would have been enough on their own, but in conjunction with the MBL risers, I have plenty of adjustment.

I am 5'10" and can now sit back into the lower back support of the Mustang seat. I could not and did not do that before the Helibars. But, I did not buy the bars for that reason, it was just a nice result. I got them for a more comfortable wrist angle.
