Pretty much just like the Honda rack but bigger. The layers have to be the same underneath so the same spacers will fit. I would put better hooks for bungees to attach. The layers on the underside are also important so the bolt heads are recessed and do not protrude on top of the rack.
For the past year I tried to find a MP3 luggage rack. I can across this rack. It was made by a member here that sold his bike.

I like all the options you have for tie downs and hooks as opposed to the MP3. I find bungee net hook placement is a bit tough on my MP3.
