Pulling the ECU, is not hard. Not a quick job, tho. If you have ever changed your air filter, then you can do it. as one of the steps in air filter change, exposes the ECU. So, It would be a good time to do both. I have a friend that bought a used F6, with Torq Loops and Cobra exhaust. His bike also pops on deceleration. Doesn't seem to bother him.
