Great Plains Ride - Glacier, Yellowstone, Tetons, Black Hills, etc

My riding buddy and I are leaving Sunday, 7/27. 18 days and 5300 miles. Glacier NP, Yellowstone NP, Grand Teton NP, Black Hills, Mt Rushmore, Devil's Tower, etc. Trying to avoid Sturgis, if possible.

Will try to follow you on your trip, plan on heading that way myself in early Sept. Going solo to meet my brother in Utah or California and then doing the sightseeing thing back this way.

Tim. I see you'll be going thru my hometown of Peoria, IL. If you get a chance, stop at Avanti's Italian Restaurant, 4711 N. Rockwood Rd. (61604) and order one of their famous Gondola sandwiches. It's only about 6 blocks off Interstate 74. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Enjoy your adventure and be safe.

    Mike
