Gas stations around my town are offering gas for $2.30 a gallon with you buy a automatic car wash.
I paid 2.45 per gallon plus I got .50 cents a gallon additional discount from the grocery store credits. $1.95 looks good to me.

I just paid $1.72 with my grocery store discount card. Limited to 20 gal, today was my lucky day, that's exactly what it took to fill my Tahoe.
Here in maryland today I got gas for my cager and the price was a shocking $2.52 per gal. Altime low for this area.
I'm sorry, I remember when gas was $.50 per gallon. And yes, I was driving. LOL

I'm even sorrier. I remember when gas was $.38/Imperial gallon, which was equivalent to $.32/US gallon. At that time, home heating oil was $.08/Imperial gallon. Those were fun times growing up as a teenager.
There were no helmets, no ATGATT, and not much traffic either. When the Suzuki X6 came out, everyone thought it was the cat's a$$. Then the Kawi 500 triple upped the ante and the rest is history.

I'm waiting to complete my time machine, which will take me and my F6B back to 1966. I can't even imagine the fun I'd have with that scenario.

X 3.79 US liters = AU $5.685 convert that to US dollars at the current exchange rate of approx .80 cents US in the AU dollar
