I've got a depth charge bag from a site called "The Lazy Rider" or something like that. I have had it for 9 years & I think they are based in Texas. It fits good on my MP3 rack just have to open it on the LH side opposite the antenna. Also fits good on the passenger seat & has a lean pillow if you need it.

It attaches with small bungies. It is "rain resistant" but not waterproof. Got caught in a terrible rain while riding in the Keys a few years ago & some of the clothes inside got a little wet.
