Keep her in Second going downhill at about 35-40. That's what they told me last year.

I live 60 miles there and have made the ride a bunch. My most enjoyable trips through have been by myself, not being pushed OR pulled, and making the entire trip without having to use brakes. Keeping my speed in check and engine braking. Very, very enjoyable. Be safe....

I was there a couple weeks ago with the 2015 National CBX Rally. Great trip. Early Sunday morning is the best time to ride the Dragon with little traffic and no cops.

My other 6 cylinder Honda: 1980 CBX, un-restored 15,000 miles. The Dragon Slayer.

Sorry so late...we rode it Friday. We were in Commerce for our riding club's state rally. Rode up Friday morning to Franklin, then rode the Moonshine 28 up to Deals Gap. Actually had a few bikes pass us on the 4 lane stretch of 28, and one of them had a B in the mix. Was that you? We officially slayed the Dragon...nothing to it. The bike handled it like a champ!

KillBoy's pics & 129photos aren't available yet...but here are the stolen/borrowed ones from 129Slayer & Moonshine photos. Won't be buying until I know what all my options are. Was impressed to see 6 different photo guys on it Friday.

Our official Dragon pic. There were other pics that showed off the lean angle better, but this one showed off the bike better.

Those big bulges under your honies purse are saddlebags. They open and you can store stuff in them.

It's an awesome pic. Peace on.
