    First observations:
1: Once you are mobile, its no where near as intimidating.
    2: Power
3: Brakes are brilliant; better than my BMW K1200S
4: Comfortable, but not sure if Ill be able to get to the highway pegs, around the fairing once fitted
    5: Great rain protection
    6: Great lights
7: Wind buffering +++ ( My Klockwerks screen will fix that
    8: Good fuel range
9: Yep, I have the cruise lag
10: Wish the hand swiches were illuminated
11: Did I mention how good the brakes are?
12: I'll call it Blue. ( Must be happy, I dont generally name my bikes)
13: Harley riders don't know what it is, so ignore you when pulled along side
14: I used reverse today on la loose gravel car park. Gold!
15: Now very aware of diesel spills when filling up, after my foot slipped when moving the bike. No big issue, but a momentary pucker episode!

One very happy new owner. Let the modifications begin!
    Ride safe everyone.
    Ken
Hi Ken. Congratulations on your bike. I ride a 2013 Black one in and around Townsville and North Queensland. Yep, they are as good as you say.

WTH? Should have waited. Got a '15 blue deluxe. Like the white. Might have waited for reverse. Figures.

    Gday fellas

My bike ( since fitted the Klockwerks screen, and it is so much quieter and no buffeting).

Used reverse to get out of my mates STEEP driveway. It bogged down but got there. Brilliant.Attachment 16690

Hey Ken, not a bad start with a new bike, say hi to Townsville for me, my old stamping ground.

I've had my 2013 model for about a year now and i've included some mods for my long distance trips. My last bike was a R1150RT which did the round au thing and other trips to Darwin and the Alice and i often say to people that the suspension on the F6 does not have the finesse of the BM but overall i prefer the F6 for longer trips.

There are a couple of F6 riders here in Canberra and a few more on the forum from au, maybe we can all catch up some time.

    Chris
