I just bought a takeoff to make a trike from Honda of Russellville. I bought a front rim off e-bay. I have not done anything with them yet.

The rear from Russelville is brand new never been ridden with the tire on it. You can also buy a new rear caliper loaded with brake pads.

Ebay is a good place to find them, even seen chrome wheels on there. There is another forum that has some available. Rear wheels are easy but the fronts are a little harder to locate.

That's because they have a clear coat, 2010 and older wheels did not have any protection from the factory.
I have chrome rims on my Goldwing very easy to clean.
If they are real grimey, I pre-spray the chrome with Simple Green to soften up any dirt and then I just use a power washer and i'm done.
Successful people build each other up. They motivate, inspire and push each other. Unsuccessful people just hate, blame and complain.
