My favorite riding accessory is my LADY.
I do not care how nice the bike is, I enjoy it more when she is with me.
A lot of them that you have your bike insured with cover the bike and some add on accessory coverage and don't cover the rider or passenger, you must always check to see if that is the way your insurance coverage is because they will never tell you that fact. Talk about taking in the
Around $200 a year 100/200 comprehensive thats with other bikes on the policy , gets cheaper with more bikes .
I'm also in Ohio and with State Farm, $450 per year for me and I could not find any insurance cheaper. State Farm has every thing I own including my house and camper and auto's. I use to have all my motorcycles with Progressive but that are not so affordable any more.

I'm here in Southern Maryland could not afford the Insurance for one bike (M109) with Allstate which carries my home and my two vehicles, Genesis/Ford F-150. Went with Progressive for $760 per year for both bikes. 57 years old. (2013 F6B and 2008 M109). I thought this was a great price.
Sheesh.
I have a 2013 Suzuki ATV, my 2004 VStar 1100, 2013 F6B…all with 100/300k liability, collision & comp(250 deductible, except F6B which is 500), PIP, Supplemental Under/uninsured, etc, etc. $285 for full year. 40 years old, no tickets, one not-at-fault claim, married.
Just to throw in my $0.02 worth...regardless of what carrier you choose, be sure to add accessory coverage to your policy. My Progressive policy includes $11,000 in accessory coverage. Let me tell you how important this is...
On September 11, I had what I thought was a moderate get-off in Colorado. My injuries were very minor, and the bike was ride-able the 40 miles back to the closest dealer. I rented a van and trailered the bike back to Nashville.
Long story short, Progressive totaled my 2012 level 3 and gave me a check for $27,000...$20,000 for the bike and $7,000 for the accessories. Helped ease my pain quite a bit!
If you don't have optional accessory coverage, your basic policy covers only a modest amount, like up to $1,500...adding the optional coverage was well worth it to me, and I wouldn't be without it. If you ever have an accident, you'll be glad you have this coverage!
