Glad you guys were able to get a decent ride in. It would have been a 6 to 7 hour ride for me and my BPH. That is one of my favorite parts to ride in. Hope the weather holds out for you on the ride home.

It sure doesn't take much "arm twisting" to get me in the saddle and ride with great folks! Had a remarkable day! Approximately 150 miles of twisty, scenic roads, a great sandwich with new friends and a final leg of our jaunt for some pie! Posting some pics of our group at Hawk's Nest Rest Area along the RT 97 ( NY Scenic By Way ) overlooking the Delaware River. It's the only photos I managed to take as we were busy riding.

    Thoughts after today's ride home...

As I've found in the past, bikers are a good bunch.
I am NOT afraid to ride in the rain.
No matter how bundled you think you are, you WILL get wet. It just seeps in somehow.
When the temp is 45 and it's raining, you will get wet AND cold.
My winter gloves are NOT water proof.
My riding boots are NOT water proof.
Of every stupid driving move I saw, each one had a Mass. or RI plate...yes, good to be home. One stunt was in NY, Mass. plate.
Worst interstates...NY, CT, RI. Funny, they have some great backroads.
This bike is an awesome riding machine, and mine needs a bath.

LMAO. When he gets wet he waxes philosophic. Dry your brain out buddy. Get a long hot shower. Good looking group except that guy in the hi-vis on the end. Who was that??
