    I noticed that, who wears a helmet without the strap on? Isn't Florida a no helmet state?

    I am currently in Florida and the news channel interviews the gentleman. He stated it was raining so hard he didn’t see the arms with flashers. He did physically crash through the warning arm. If that is really the case, he shouldn’t have been on the road. He is so lucky to have survived.
