Same thing happened to mine. I think it happens when you have repeatedly slammed your saddlebag shut too hard. I just used JB Weld to repair it. The MAPP gas bottle in the picture below was just being used to brace it while the JB Weld was curing:

Yeah, that's probably what happened, I tend to over stuff that one with my gear bag from work when I ride in and have to slam it shut. I'll probably just do that same as you did to fix it, I never plan on selling the bike anyway. Thank you.Originally Posted by willtill
